Leveraging its independent R&D capabilities, the Group has successfully mastered the production technologies for both photovoltaic-grade EVA and POE—two types of advanced materials used in solar films—becoming the first company in China to possess and industrialize both technologies. The Group has also broken foreign monopolies in the fields of PETG, PTT, and ultrafine fibers; for instance, its "island-in-the-sea" type ultrafine fibers feature a filament diameter approximately one-hundredth that of a human hair. In the realm of green technology, the Group has built the world’s first production line for recycled fibers derived from plastic bottle flakes, as well as the world’s first industrial chain for producing polyester fibers from carbon dioxide. These initiatives transform waste plastic bottles and industrial exhaust gases into textile raw materials on a commercial scale. These achievements have been recognized with the National Science and Technology Progress Award, the China Industry Award, and the International Textile Manufacturers Federation (ITMF) Sustainability and Innovation Award.
